The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs released the September 2017 EB-5 Visa Bulletin revealing no changes to the final action dates for Mainland-China born applicants.

The  September 2017 EB-5 visa bulletin shows the final action date for Mainland-China born applicants who filed their I-526 Petitions remains June 15, 2014.

Applicants who filed their I-526 Petition prior to that June 15, 2014, date can move forward in the EB-5 process and schedule their interviews with Department of State Consular office. After their interviews, they will be issued their conditional residency visas. If they are already residing in the United States, they can apply for an adjustment of status. 

The final action dates for all other countries remains current.
